Travelling through Utah and Arizona is also a journey through time. The earth has been pushed up and eroded revealing millions of years of geological history. This is what makes this region so spectacular.

Snow Canyon – St. George Utah

  • On a Clear Day…..
Just outside of our hotel is Snow Canyon – so named not for the weather but because the Snow brothers lost a herd of cattle here. Geology again, red sandstone eroded away by water and capped by black lava flows. Rising moisture collides with the cold high altitude air making for these spectacular cloud columns.
