The Finger Lakes region of upstate New York is just full of canyons and waterfalls. Watkins Glen is one of the most picturesque, and a relatively easy hike. If you are planning on visiting Banff this summer, why not consider a few days in Kananaskis Country. This is Banff without the crowds, nice to get away. I was out photographing the spring wild flowers using some focus stacking, and when I got the images into the computer, discovered this bee checking out the flower. Amazing stuff.
