A journey around the world through photography.
Watchin You – Watchin Me
Currently on display at Studio 77, my CAPA award winning photograph of Puffins titled ‘Watchin You – Watchin Me’. I am so happy with this image, it really captured a moment. I am also super excited that this is on display at the cafe, and want to thank them so much for this opportunity. This is on display along with many other incredible photographs from members of the Lakeshore Camera Club. The copy at Studio 77 was printed HD Metal and looks fantastic. I captured this moment on the Bonavista peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador.

“Puffins are so comical. I can spend hours watching them go about their daily business. I spotted these Puffins, all lined up and looking out to sea. I thought this would be a great composition so I got down on the ground at eye level and composed the shot. I knew eventually one of the Puffins would look around, and I was rewarded when this Puffin spotted me, watching him – which is where the title came from” – Philip
This print is available for sale, just contact me here if you are interested. The size on display at Studio 77 is 20 x 20 inches and the price is $216. There are various sizes up to 36 x 36 inches available, and different materials including canvas and roll print. For more shots of Puffins, check out my collection here.
Mount Rundle – Mount Rundle
How Shall I Capture Thee

Few landscapes are as immediately recognizable—or as endlessly photogenic—as the Banff and Canmore corridor of the Canadian Rockies. Mount Rundle dominates that landscape. Check out my latest post about my favorite locations to photograph Mount Rundle.
