Philip Colet

Lives in Montreal, QC, Canada
Philip started ‘playing’ with photography in the early 1970’s, but it wasn’t until later that he became much more invested in the art of landscape photography. He is Vice President of the Lake Shore Camera Club, located close to Montreal, Canada. He is also Chair of the Landscape Interest Group where he organizes landscape photo competitions, various workshops, field trips and organizes speakers to present to the club.
Philip enjoys several genres of photography, his favorite being landscapes, he also delves into architectural, urban landscape and wildlife photography. His images have won several Lakeshore Camera Club awards in various photo competitions, as well as several awards from CAPA, shown below.
He now documents his travel and photography on this web site, where he offers readers advice on different locations for photography. It also serves as a platform to showcase his favorite works. He regularly publishes articles about his travels. Subscribe to receive notification when I publish a new post.
Philip has an on-line gallery of photos available for sale or license. These are available as either digital prints, roll prints (on a variety of media) and framed photos. You can visit his gallery here.
